How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?
If you need to return an item(s), send an e-mail to info@thefiddleshop.net describing the item(s) and the reason for return. We will notify you with a return authorization notice. No items will be accepted for return without return authorization. All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods, in orginal, new, unsused, uninstalled, and unaltered condition. When returning an item(s) please be careful to wrap it securely and enclose a copy of the invoice. Ship insured and prepaid to:
